Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Trailhead (money.feetham.us), operated by Will Feetham, collects and how it is used.

What we collect

• Account: your name, email address and profile picture from Google when you sign in.
• Financial numbers you enter: income, expenses, account balances, debts, goals, retirement contribution details and the plan assumptions you choose.
• Computed plans: each time your numbers change, the resulting plan is stored so the app can show history and explain what changed.

How it is used

Your numbers are used only to compute your plan and show it to members of your household. Nothing is sold or shared with third parties. If a future version lets you ask an AI coach questions, the relevant parts of your plan will be sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate the answer; Anthropic's API terms state that API inputs are not used to train its models. If a future version lets you connect bank accounts, that connection will be read-only, you will opt in explicitly, and this policy will be updated first.

Where data lives

Data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. It is kept until you delete it or the household is deleted.

Who can see it

Members of your household according to their role: owners and partners see and edit everything; viewers see everything but cannot edit. The operator can see household names, owners, member counts and stage numbers across the app, and has technical access to the database for maintenance.

Your choices

• Edit or delete any number, goal or account at any time.
• Leave a household, or as owner delete a household and all of its data.
• To delete your account entirely, email willfeetham@gmail.com.

Cookies

One cookie keeps you signed in and a short-lived one is used during Google sign-in. No advertising or analytics cookies.
